Important Note
When filling out the Exhibitor Registration Form, please be specific about the special activities at your booths (such as promotions, discounts, free gifts/handouts, product demonstrations, screenings, etc.). We intend to communitate this information to potential attendees with the hope of providing value-added reasons for overall participation attendance as well compelling reasons to visit your specific booths.

For-Profit Organization (10' Booth) - $500 *With ABC 7 TV Package - $2,500
Key Sponsors (20' Booth) - $1,500 *With ABC 7 TV Package - $4,000

Exhibition Booth Details
Booth setup includes 10' Wide x 8' High Backdrop, (2) 3’ Side Rails, (2) Chairs, (1) 8’ Table Topped
and Skirted, and ID Sign (7” x 44”) with All Caps (Black Letters on White Background (No Logos).

Exhibition Booth Setup
- Exhibitor Booth setup will be from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM on Friday, February 18 (Check List/Instruction Sheet
will be provided week of event).
- All Exhibitors must plan on staying completely set up until 5:00 PM on Sunday, February 20.
Teardown is from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
